Mutafukaz: Operation Blackhead

Mutafukaz: Operation Blackhead is an animated short film based on the French comic series: “Mutafukaz”. It follows the same events of the first chapters of the comic. However, it only takes place in the moment where Angelino and Vinz are stalked by the Macho aliens disguised as police agents. The short film was released in 2002.

无尽冰原，寂静无声。松鼠斯克莱特（Scrat）找到一枚坚果，他欢欢喜喜地穿过冰原，爬上了一棵巨大的树干。这棵树早已拦腰折断，空洞的树心成为斯克莱特最好的仓库。如今这里已经密密麻麻塞满了坚果，斯克莱特始终无法将新采来的坚果塞入其中，甚至因为过于用力还导致整个坚果堆崩溃。成百上千的坚果从树干中如潮水般喷涌而出，裹挟着斯克莱特跌落悬崖。多年的心血怎能功亏一篑？即使在坠落过程中斯克莱特也全然不顾个鼠安危，奋力搜集着每一枚坚果。执着如斯，殊为难得…… 　　本片为动画片《冰河世纪》的配套短片。

身体里有只猫的狗狗

有一只大黄狗，它的身体里住着一只猫，它们常常因为不同的意见产生矛盾，猫想去左边追老鼠，狗却更想靠近右边的小母狗。它们互相拉扯穿梭在车水马龙、灯火辉煌的城市街道。 　　夜幕降临，狗睡着了，猫只能干瞪着眼发呆，好不容易盼来的主动示好者也被狗的一阵狂吼吓跑了。同样，因为猫的反叛，狗也无法接近自己的同类。直到有一天，它们遇到了一只身体里住着狗狗的猫。

迈克的新车

        怪物城市一个宁静祥和的日子。麦克·华斯基（比利·克里斯托 Billy Crystal 配音），可爱的大眼仔，这个高傲臭屁的独眼小怪物换了一辆超级先进、全自动化的六轮驱动汽车。他抑制不住心中的狂喜，首先邀请他的好伙伴毛怪（约翰·古德曼 John Goodman 配音）参观、搭乘。苏利文在车中毛手毛脚的行为让大眼仔颇为恼火，他禁止毛怪碰触任何按钮，可是自己又显然还没掌握全部的操作要领。结果折腾了半天汽车没有开动，倒霉的大眼仔却三番五次遭遇磨难。原本准备炫耀一番，结果成了丢人现眼…… 　　本片为皮克斯工作室首支有对话并且派生自长片作品的动画短片。

“Song of the Firefly” is a visual poem which utilizes the camera-less photogram technique that was introduced in Pruska-Oldenhof’s 2001 film “Light Magic.” “Song of the Firefly” transports the viewer to an open field on a warm summer night, where the luminous dance of the fireflies can be experienced. The exhuberant display of light, as each flash illuminates different portions of the field, reveals fragments of the space in which we are contained, leaving us always waiting in anticipation to see more.

朝圣者在日食之时来到神秘的大教堂门外。 　　拄着手杖，他洞开可教堂的大门。教堂里充满诡异且压抑的气氛，两旁林立着枯槁的神像。神像的脸追随着朝圣者的步伐转动，朝圣者穿过神像，来到悬崖边上。 　　这时日食过去，阳光透过林立的枯槁神像射向朝圣者。那光芒明亮耀眼，直刺向朝圣者的胸膛。

The White Stripes: Fell in Love with a Girl

The music video is a Lego animation directed by Michel Gondry. Gondry's son was featured at the beginning of the video, building Lego blocks. It was shot frame by frame with each frame having the Lego bricks rebuilt, sometimes in a complex manner to seem as if it were an actual shot, and then formed together to give the illusion of motion. The video mostly consists of red, white, and black color. The White Stripes couldn't strike a deal with Lego, so they had to buy a large amount of Lego boxes for the video.

Wyspa R.O.

“Wyspa R.O” is a highly personal story about freedom, fate and love as well as Lenica’s personal creative testament. The allegorical story, full of symbols and the author’s quotes, tells of a secret corner of the world which was once inhabited by convicts, where only one lonely guard remains. Lenica was one of the most important creators of Polish poster art and his films have been honored at many international festivals.

Fear of Blushing

Fear of Blushing bursts forth with irrepressible hand-painted color, corroded emulsion and a menacing soundscape of looped voices, distorted instrumentals, samples & rhythm. Fleeting visions and voices erupt out of the ominous abstraction in unusual juxtapositions, suggesting a cinematic free-association marked by anxiety, pleasure and shame. Best appreciated in the immediate; the 7200 painted frames fly by at an average of 12 per second.
