Samuel is 10 years old. He’s keeping a diary, and he has a problem. His problem is that Basile told the tall Julie that Samuel loved her. Which isn’t true, he doesn’t care about Julie. It’s only that, she laughed at one of his jokes once and he thought she was nice to do so. Original: Samuel a 10 ans. Il tient un journal et il a un problème. Son problème c’est que Basile a dit à la grande Julie que Samuel l’aimait. C’est faux, il s’en fiche de Julie. C’est juste qu’elle a rigolé à l’une de ses blagues et qu'il a trouvé ça sympa de sa part. Bon, en fait Samuel aime Julie mais personne ne doit savoir. Même pas Corentin, son meilleur ami qui mâche sa langue et sait faire la chandelle. Surtout pas Dimitri, que Samuel déteste, et dont toutes les filles sont amoureuses car il court très vite, a de bonnes notes et un humour subtil. Ni Bérénice que toute la classe appelle « La Folle » car elle est colérique et parfois même agressive. Et ni la maîtresse, ni ses parents, ni le monde entier.
